CSR-TS retains only the information you provide to us voluntarily. CSR-TS may ask for your personal information, such as name, address, ore-mail address, when you apply for services. If you apply for services online or sign up for our newsletter, you may also be asked for personal information.

CSR-TS’s Privacy Policy:
1. CSR-TS collects customer information, including name, phone number, e-mail address, and billing address.
2. CSR-TS collects customer information in order to deliver requested services as well as to better understand customer requirements related to our and services.
3. The security and integrity of our customers' personal information is important to us. CSR-TS will take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy of our customer information while providing a high level of communication.
4. CSR-TS’s privacy practices are in accordance with all federal and provincial laws and regulations, including being compliant with the privacy rules as set out by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), as well as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
5. CSR-TS reviews the practices required to safeguard our customer’s information, and will revise, as necessary, on a regular basis. All employees of CSR-TS that handle customer information receive privacy training in order to comply with the provision herein.
6. CSR-TS will never disclose personal information for reasons other than those stated in this privacy policy, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law.
7. CSR-TS ensures that the customer information provided to us is accurate, complete and up-to-date. IF there is disagreement over the accuracy of the information, our customers can request amendments as necessary.
