1. CSR-TS outlines the following scheduling conditions:
1) For the scheduling of SOCIAL COMPLIANCE and CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES, CSR-TS requires three working days’ notice. As a corporate policy, we will make every attempt to accommodate earlier scheduling at no extra cost.
For example, services requested for Monday must be scheduled by the previous Friday 9:00am; services requested for Friday must be scheduled by the previous Tuesday 9:00am.
2) For the scheduling of QUALITY CONTROL SERVICE, CSR-TS require two working days’ notice. As a corporate policy, we will make every attempt to accommodate earlier scheduling at no extra cost.
For example, services requested for Monday must be scheduled by the previous Saturday 9:00am; services requested for Friday must be scheduled by the previous Wednesday 9:00am.
3) Scheduling services on Chinese Public Holidays and weekends will be subject to a 1.5X additional charge.
2. CSR-TS outlines the following cancelation conditions:
1) Cancelations must be made two working days’ prior to the date of service. For example, for services to be delivered on a Wednesday, the cancelation must be received by Monday 9:00am.
2) For cancelations made after 12:00pm the day prior to the date of service, a cancelation fee of $100USD will be charged. The full service charge will be billed for cancelations made after 5:00pm the day prior to the date of service.
3) If our Auditors or Inspectors are denied access to the location by the factory, the full service charge will be billed. An hourly charge of $30USD will be charged for on-site irregularities, including but not limited to factory obstruction, inaccurately communicated address, or other unplanned actions committed by the factory.
3. CSR-TS outlines the recommendations to ensure successful service delivery:
1) For QUALITY CONTROL SERVICE, ensure that the factory provides the SKUs in a neat, organized manner to facilitate counting and sample drawing.
2) Ensure the factory understands that 3rd party inspectors/auditors will be attending the location. If our Auditors or Inspectors are denied access to the location by the factory, the full service charge will be billed. Additionally, an hourly charge of $30USD will be charged for on-site irregularities, including but not limited to factory obstruction, inaccurately communicated address, or other unplanned actions committed by the factory.
3) Ensure the factory understands that CSR-TS champions the interests of the vendor/client, and that no benefit, prize, or reward is to be provided to our staff.
