As a founder of CSR-TS, Sam applies fifteen years’ client management experiences at major auditing firms. As a subject matter expert in social compliance standards, including BSCI and SA8000, Sam has demonstrated his commitment to his craft by providing continuing education programs to vendors and factories. Sam’s diligence and attention to detail has aligned CSR-TS’s client-oriented mandate with its day-to-day client operations.
Harrison Zheng, Operations Manager
As a founding partner of CSR-TS, Harrison brings over fifteen years’ experience managing social compliance field operations. Certified as a lead auditor in SA8000, Harrison has worked with major third party audit firms, and is an expert at crafting effective client auditing standards and bespoke requirements based on China Labor Law. Having performed 2,500 social compliance audits, Harrison has “seen it all” and regularly applies this expertise to create effective outcomes for our valued clients.
David Whitehead, MA, PMP, Client Relations Director
Joining CSR-TS in 2013, David serves as the Client Relations Director. In this capacity, David oversees the day-to-day communications between the network of field auditors and clients. As a Project Management Professional with a Masters accreditation in International Business, David leverages 10 years’ experience in regulatory management, both in Canada and in China. David uses his inter-personal skills and vast knowledge to ensure client expectations are aligned with the continued performance of CSR-TS.
